Our company is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our management team and ensure the smooth daily operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with project coordination and event planning
- Monitor office expenses and handle billing processes
- Update company databases with client information
- Handle confidential information in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
