Part-Time Administrator
We are a growing company in need of a Part-Time Administrator to support our team and ensure the smooth running of our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for flexible hours and has a biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and responding to emails
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Assist with organizing events or travel arrangements
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and order new supplies when necessary
Requirements:
- Biometric passport is required
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Location: Isa Town, Bahrain (Preference for local candidates)
Salary: 1500 USD per month (pro-rated based on hours worked)
