Concierge Assistant
Location: Khasab, Oman


We are seeking a reliable and friendly Concierge Assistant to join our team at a luxury resort in Khasab, Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to hotel guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Maintain inventory of guest supplies and ensure they are stocked at all times
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality management is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:
This is a temporary position with potential for permanent employment. The work schedule may include weekends, evenings, and holidays. This job does not require English language proficiency.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
The job is located in Khasab, Oman. Accommodation may not be provided; candidates must be willing to secure their own housing.
