We are currently seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge to join our team in Khasab, Oman for a seasonal job opportunity. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting with their needs during their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Make reservations for guests as requested
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people from different backgrounds
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
