Job Title: Senior Architecture Manager


We are currently seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in Multan. As the Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of architecture principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, ensuring efficient project delivery and high-quality work.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for architectural projects.
- Oversee the design process, including creating conceptual designs, reviewing technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative architectural solutions.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process.
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and take appropriate action to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide ongoing feedback for their professional development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture design and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods, materials, and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other relevant design software.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month without accommodation.
