Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator

A reputable company in Karachi, Pakistan is seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, and the successful candidate will also be provided with accommodation and visa sponsorship. This role is open to all nationalities, and no prior experience is required.

As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's computer network systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise, performing regular backups and updates, and implementing security protocols to protect against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform necessary repairs or upgrades
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber attacks
- Perform regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place
- Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software assets
- Provide technical support to employees on network-related issues
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth functioning of all systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), routing protocols (BGP), firewalls, switches, etc.
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark or SolarWinds
- Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
- Knowledge of security protocols such as VPNs, SSL certificates, etc.
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
