Concierge Assistant

As a Concierge Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This temporary position includes accommodation and is open to women. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, making reservations, providing recommendations, and assisting with any requests or issues that may arise. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a friendly and helpful demeanor. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan and offers a salary of $1200 per month.

In this role, you will:

- Greet guests and residents with a warm welcome and assist them with their needs
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person and provide accurate information
- Make reservations for services such as dining, transportation, or events
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Anticipate needs of guests and proactively offer assistance
- Address any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of daily events and activities in the city to assist guests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Keep the lobby area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of Karachi city attractions and amenities
