We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Lahore. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. Your primary goal will be to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests by maintaining high-quality standards and continuously innovating our menu offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus that reflect the hotel's overall concept and meet guest preferences and dietary restrictions
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Implement cost control measures to minimize food waste and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with other departments such as event planning or banquets to create specialized menus for special occasions or events
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously innovate menu offerings to keep the hotel's dining experience fresh and exciting

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent work experience as a chef
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new dishes while also maintaining high-quality standards for existing menus
- Strong understanding of food hygiene regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with both kitchen staff and other departments within the hotel

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with accommodation. A biometric passport is required for this position.
