Head Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at our restaurant in Lahore. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu creation, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Plan and execute daily food preparation according to menu specifications
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards of taste and appearance
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and specials to attract customers
- Manage kitchen budget, including purchasing ingredients, equipment maintenance, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also adhering to traditional recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Ability to manage inventory levels, control costs, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with management, staff, and suppliers
- Proficient in using computerized ordering systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1300$ per month
Location: Lahore
