Head Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant (Lahore, Pakistan)



We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our fine dining restaurant located in Lahore, Pakistan. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a diverse and innovative menu, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and maintaining inventory levels.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute an innovative menu with unique dishes that reflect the restaurant's style and concept
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers to source fresh ingredients for the menu
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of food products to minimize waste and maintain freshness
- Monitor food costs and adjust menu items accordingly to maximize profitability without sacrificing quality
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure proper stock levels are maintained at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create new and unique dishes while also adapting traditional recipes
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
