Experienced Pastry Chef


We are searching for an Experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a pastry chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. Your creativity and passion for sweets will be essential in developing new menu items and executing high-quality desserts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, pastries, and other confections
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in the kitchen
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality
- Develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and place orders as needed
- Keep track of food costs and work within budgetary guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or relevant role
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Ability to create visually appealing desserts that also taste delicious
- Experience with cake decorating techniques is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train junior chefs effectively
- Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creative mindset with a passion for learning new techniques and recipes
- Team player attitude with excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: 1200$ monthly salary (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (open to candidates of any nationality)
