Architectural Designer



As an Architectural Designer with our firm located in Khanpur, you will have the opportunity to be a part of innovative and exciting projects that push the boundaries of design. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual with a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques. As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects to develop concept designs and produce detailed architectural drawings
- Collaborate with engineers and consultants to ensure integration of all project components
- Utilize advanced software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create 2D and 3D models
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and construction methods to inform design decisions
- Prepare presentations for clients and participate in meetings to discuss project progress
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other related software programs
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Highly creative with a strong attention to detail

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
