Senior Architect - Khanpur, Pakistan


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Khanpur. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction of various projects. This includes managing a team of architects, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new construction projects, renovations, and additions
- Manage a team of architects and delegate tasks accordingly
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Oversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure that designs meet building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans
- Review project budgets and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget constraints

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, techniques, codes, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Khanpur, Pakistan. However, applicants from neighboring cities will also be considered.
