Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team at our company in Khanpur. Your main goal will be to drive sales and revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, analyzing sales data, and providing guidance and support to your team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage the sales team, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
- Build relationships with clients and identify potential new business opportunities
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor new members of the sales team
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions based on it
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees in Khanpur.
Location:
This position is located in Khanpur. While we prefer local candidates, we are open to considering candidates from other cities within Pakistan.
