Cruise Line Sales Representative

We are searching for a dynamic and customer-oriented Cruise Line Sales Representative to join our team in Lusail. As a Cruise Line Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling cruise packages to potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell cruise packages to potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions.
- Understand the features and benefits of different cruise packages and effectively communicate them to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays if needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lusail.
