Online Consultant - Lisbon, Portugal (Contract)


We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal on a contract basis. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, and social media platforms to assist with their inquiries and concerns
- Provide accurate information and guidance on our products/services to ensure client satisfaction
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure a smooth online experience for our clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and industry developments to effectively address client needs
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or online support environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in urgent situations
- Proficient in using various online communication tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month. The contract duration is negotiable based on performance.
