Architectural Project Manager



As an Architectural Project Manager based in Lisbon, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Your role will involve working closely with clients, architects, engineers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously from conception to completion
- Develop project plans and schedules, monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
- Liaise with clients to determine their requirements and expectations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to develop and review project designs
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses and make cost-saving recommendations
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans
- Manage project changes and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with all stakeholders involved

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in managing architectural projects is preferred but not required.
- Excellent project management skills including time management, budgeting and problem solving.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods and materials.
- Proficient in using relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members and contractors.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.

This position offers a salary of $1400 per month on a full-time basis. Accommodation can also be provided for candidates who require it.
