Senior Architect - Designing Sustainable and Innovative Structures in Lisbon, Portugal

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing sustainable and innovative structures in the beautiful city of Lisbon. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create designs that exceed expectations while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. Your attention to detail, creativity, and technical skills will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and create design proposals
- Utilize your expertise in sustainable design to develop environmentally friendly solutions
- Develop detailed construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Oversee the construction process and ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in sustainable design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Lisbon (visa sponsorship available)
