Part-time Computer Support Specialist (Funchal)


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Part-time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Funchal. In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients and assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment in the future.

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for providing remote support to clients, so excellent communication skills are a must.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as experience with various operating systems and software applications. Additionally, knowledge of biometric passports and their functions is preferred.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. As this is an urgent position, we require someone who can start immediately.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in computer support or related field
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) and software applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience with network setup and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of biometric passports preferred
- Must have a valid biometric passport

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at 1600$ per month with the potential for growth based on performance.
