Entry-Level Biometric Passport Tester


We have an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level Biometric Passport Tester to join our team in Funchal. As a Tester, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance tests on biometric passports to ensure functionality and accuracy. This is a contract job suitable for freshers looking to gain experience in the field of biometric technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools
- Good understanding of biometric technology and its applications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on biometric passports
- Identify and report defects using bug tracking systems
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Develop test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Stay updated with industry developments and new technologies related to biometrics

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Funchal, Portugal. While Portuguese nationality is preferred, applicants from other nationalities are also welcome to apply.
