As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Apply finishing touches such as painting, varnishing, staining, or polishing to completed projects
- Inspect and ensure the quality of finished products meets company standards
- Use hand and power tools to complete finishing tasks
- Work with various materials including wood, metal, and plastic
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in finishing work
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Team player with good communication skills
