Radio Technician - Braga, Portugal


A reputable radio station in Braga is seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing radio equipment, as well as knowledge of broadcast systems and regulations. This position requires someone with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on radio equipment such as transmitters, receivers, and antennas
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations and standards
- Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs
- Work collaboratively with other technicians to maintain smooth operation of the radio station

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician is required
- Strong knowledge of broadcast systems, including audio processing and transmission equipment
- Familiarity with FCC regulations is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this contract position.
