Administrative Assistant - Braga, Portugal
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing and maintaining files
- Prepare and update documents and reports using MS Office applications
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and make travel arrangements when necessary
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Manage inventory of office supplies and order new supplies when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Provide support to colleagues in various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
