Administrative Assistant - Braga, Portugal
We are in need of a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative work and proficiency with office software programs. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages and responding to emails
- Maintain and update company databases and files
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management team
- Receive visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for employees
- Keep inventory of office supplies and order when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an international company or multicultural environment
- Knowledge of Portuguese language (written and spoken)
- Previous experience working with accommodation bookings for employees
