Locksmith Technician
Location: Porto, Portugal
Salary: 1500$ per month



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining locks and security systems for residential and commercial properties. Your role will also involve providing emergency lockout services and assisting customers with key duplication and lock rekeying.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of locks and security systems
- Respond to emergency lockout calls in a timely manner
- Assist customers with key duplication, lock rekeying, and other related services
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used
- Ensure that all work is completed within the agreed upon timeframe

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Locksmith or in a similar role
- Technical knowledge of different types of locks and security systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be physically fit as the job may require lifting heavy objects
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a recognized institution or apprenticeship program
- Experience working with electronic security systems
- Bilingual (Portuguese/English)
