Restaurant Manager, Porto (Open to Portuguese Nationals or Candidates with Work Visa)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Porto. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and team management. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations including food preparation, service, and inventory management
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Train and supervise staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Create and maintain schedules for employees
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage costs
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a positive work environment for employees

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Must have accommodation in Porto or be willing to relocate (accommodation can be provided for the right candidate)
- Must have a valid work visa for Portugal (visa sponsorship can be provided for the right candidate)

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. In addition, we provide accommodation for those who need it. We also cover the cost of visa sponsorship and round-trip tickets for candidates who require them.
