Information Technology Manager vacancy in Faro Portugal

IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all company hardware and software systems, including networks, servers, and workstations
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of our systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve any technical problems in a timely manner
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new hardware and software
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for system improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, databases, operating systems, and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Preferred:
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Experience with cloud computing technologies
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
