Data Analytics Specialist

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify key trends and insights that will drive business decisions. You will work closely with various teams within the company to understand their data needs and develop reports and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data in a simple and actionable format. This role requires a strong understanding of data analytics tools and techniques, as well as the ability to think critically and problem-solve. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision making, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Develop reports and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data in a simple and actionable format
- Work closely with various teams within the company to understand their data needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that drive business decisions
- Conduct research on new data analytics tools and techniques to improve processes
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience working with large datasets using statistical analysis tools (e.g. Python, R)
- Experience developing reports and visualizations using BI tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and problem-solve
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a simple manner
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred
- Experience working with healthcare or financial data is a plus
