Data Analytics Specialist

The Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and insights that will inform business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner. The ideal candidate will have experience with data mining and visualization tools, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and machine learning techniques
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Identify patterns and trends in data that can drive business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Develop predictive models to forecast future trends or outcomes
- Stay current with industry trends in data analytics and recommend new tools or techniques for improved analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical methods such as regression analysis, clustering, etc.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques (e.g. decision trees, random forests)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner
