Electrical Engineer - Contract Position in Faro, Portugal


We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Faro, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and be able to work independently to complete assigned tasks within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components
- Conduct research and testing to ensure systems meet safety regulations and industry standards
- Create technical drawings and specifications for projects
- Collaborate with other engineers and team members on project planning and execution
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing systems or equipment
- Stay updated on advancements in the field of electrical engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a contract or consulting role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and regulations
- Proficient in technical drawing software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Faro, Portugal (candidate must have own visa/work permit)
