Entry-Level Welder in Faro

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder to join our team in Faro. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. In this role, you will be responsible for welding metal components together to create or repair structures, equipment, and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by grinding or sandblasting
- Monitor welding process to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect welded joints for defects and make necessary repairs
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding is a plus
- Ability to read technical documents and perform basic mathematical calculations
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Salary: 1200$ per month with accommodation provided

Location: Faro, Portugal (candidates of any nationality welcome)
