Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team in Almada. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for creating and formatting text and images for various publications such as books, magazines, and newspapers. The successful candidate will have experience in typesetting and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Format text and images according to design specifications using desktop publishing software
- Proofread content for accuracy, consistency, and formatting errors
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure high-quality final products
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software updates

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role
- Proficiency in desktop publishing software (Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Almada. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
