Job Title: Architectural Technologist - Almada, Portugal



Our architectural firm is seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Technologist to join our team in Almada, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction, and be able to work collaboratively with our team of architects and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed design drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in building technology
- Assist in project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Fluency in Portuguese is preferred
