We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our growing team in Almada, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions
- Create detailed design plans and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
