Experienced Handyman in Almada

We are in need of an experienced Handyman to join our team in Almada. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman
- Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs
- Must be able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in Portuguese (English proficiency is a plus)
- Experience working with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift heavy objects

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and replacing broken tiles
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with plumbing, electrical systems, or appliances
- Perform basic carpentry work such as repairing doors, windows, and furniture
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and up to quality standards

Preference will be given to candidates who have accommodation provided or are willing to relocate to Almada. Visa and ticket expenses may be covered for the right candidate.
