Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Multan. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software run smoothly. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients
- Provide timely and accurate customer support via phone, email, or in person
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient resolution of technical problems
- Keep track of client requests and follow up on pending issues
- Create user manuals and documentation for frequently asked questions
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry advancements to improve support services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with commonly used software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and antivirus programs
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experience working with help desk software
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
