We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Multan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering a positive dining experience. This position offers a salary of $1000 per month with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support staff
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Work closely with management to develop strategies for increasing revenue and improving overall operations

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry preferred but not required.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
- Strong communication skills in order to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
