Moderator (Portuguese-Speaking) in Lisbon, Portugal


We are seeking a Moderator to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online forums and communities to ensure that all content is appropriate and follows community guidelines. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1000 per month.

As this role requires strong communication skills, fluency in Portuguese is a must. You will be working closely with the community management team to uphold the values and standards of our online community. Previous experience in moderation or customer service is preferred but not required.

In addition to monitoring content, you will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and escalating any issues as needed. Your attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy will be critical in this role.
