We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products before they are released to the market. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of software products to identify any bugs or defects
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases
- Document and report any issues found during testing
- Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Conduct regression testing to ensure previous issues have been resolved and new features have not caused any new problems
- Participate in product design reviews to provide feedback on potential usability and functionality issues
- Continuously improve QA processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Familiarity with software development processes and testing methodologies
- Knowledge of manual testing techniques and tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Ability to write clear, concise, and detailed bug reports
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
