Freelance English Language Tutor

We are in need of a Freelance English Language Tutor to join our team in Siauliai. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced language tutor looking for part-time work.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one English language lessons with students of various levels and backgrounds
- Create customized lesson plans and materials based on students' needs and goals
- Track and report student progress to the Language Coordinator
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to ensure quality instruction for students
- Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and resources
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred:
- TEFL or TESOL certification
- Experience teaching online

Salary: $1100/month (based on hourly rate)

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania
