Senior Commercial Architect



We are in need of a highly experienced and skilled Senior Commercial Architect to join our team in Funchal. As the Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the commercial architecture projects, from conceptual design to construction. Your expertise and leadership skills will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for commercial projects
- Develop and present design concepts and proposals, taking into consideration budget, timelines, and client needs
- Create detailed architectural plans, including blueprints, specifications, and materials selection
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient project execution
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 8 years experience as a Commercial Architect with a proven track record of successful project completion
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to clients and colleagues
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
