Team Lead - Lahore, Pakistan


As a Team Lead, you will oversee a team of professionals and guide them towards achieving their goals. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating tasks, creating work schedules, and ensuring that deadlines are met. Your leadership skills will play a crucial role in motivating team members and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to successfully complete projects within the given timeline and budget
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members based on their strengths
- Monitor progress and provide guidance to team members as needed
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any concerns
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas of improvement in processes or performance
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, tools, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role or managing teams
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects on time with high quality standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Experience working in an agile environment is preferred

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with regular office hours from Monday to Friday. However, flexibility may be required depending on project deadlines.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month based on qualifications and experience.

Accommodation:
This is not a live-in position; therefore, accommodation will not be provided.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan. However, remote work arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates.
