Senior Team Lead

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Senior Team Lead to join our growing team in Lahore. As the Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of talented professionals, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success
- Develop project plans, set goals and timelines, and allocate resources effectively
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional coordination on projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional growth
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Computer Science)
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred
