Industrial Architect - Contract Position in Lisbon


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Architect to join our team on a contract basis in the vibrant city of Lisbon. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and create designs that meet their needs
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction processes to ensure that they are in line with design plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify any potential issues, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards for industrial structures
- Experience managing budgets and schedules for construction projects
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
