Land Surveyor
Location: Bayan, Philippines


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Bayan. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries and create maps and legal descriptions for various projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month, with potential for extension.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to locate and measure property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant data
- Create maps and legal descriptions using surveying equipment and computer software
- Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and prepare reports for clients or government agencies
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on project design and development
- Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and safety standards while conducting surveys
- Manage surveying equipment, maintain inventory, and make recommendations for new equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the Philippines or similar location
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment operation
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have a valid visa for working in the Philippines
