Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience with data analytics tools and techniques, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze large datasets from various sources
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and visualizations
- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously monitor data quality and make improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics or related role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vilnius (open to candidates of any nationality)

Working hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (flexible hours available)

Visa sponsorship: Not provided (candidates must have their own visa)
