We are seeking skilled and dedicated Elevator Installers to join our team in Akron. As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining elevators and other vertical transportation systems. This is a physically demanding job that requires excellent technical skills and the ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain elevators and other vertical transportation systems according to manufacturer specifications
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with elevators
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication and cleaning
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on work progress
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience as an Elevator Installer or similar role preferred but not required
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of elevator mechanics and electronics
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Physically fit to perform duties that involve lifting heavy equipment and working at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in order to interact with customers and team members

Salary: $1400 per month

City: Akron, Ohio (United States)
