Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary: 1300 USD per month


We are in search of a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture and possess excellent design and project management skills. This is an urgent position, therefore, the candidate must have at least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative and functional commercial spaces that meet client requirements and budget constraints
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Proficient in AutoCAD/CAD software programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work overtime when needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large-scale commercial projects
- Experience with sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or Revit
