As a Commercial Architect, you will play a vital role in designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Karachi. Your main responsibility will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs and requirements of our clients.

You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, budget, and timeline for the project. Using your expertise in architecture and design, you will develop innovative solutions that optimize space utilization while adhering to all building codes and regulations.

In addition to design, you will also be responsible for managing the construction process. This includes creating detailed plans, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a commercial architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous projects. You should also have a solid understanding of building materials, construction methods, and industry trends.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. You must also have a biometric passport as some international travel may be required for certain projects.

This is a full-time position, so you must be able to commit to working 40 hours per week. While we do not provide accommodation, we offer competitive salaries starting at $1700 per month.
