Commercial Architect


We are a leading architectural firm in Karachi, seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in commercial architecture and be able to design innovative and functional spaces while adhering to client requirements and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals for commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget limitations
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information necessary for project planning and design
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other CAD software
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Strong project management skills

Additional Information:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. We offer free visa sponsorship for international candidates as well as relocation assistance. This position is suitable for men who meet the requirements.
